Group Exercise

Our Group Exercise Program is one of the most comprehensive programs in this area and includes:

  • Over 70 classes each week, included in the price of your monthly membership
  • Studio 1 offers a variety of exercise classes, each designed to encourage “walk-in” participation (no experience necessary)
  • Studio 2 offer indoor cycling, with more than 15 weekly classes, including beginner and extended “long ride” options
  • Activity pool offers a weekly schedule of classes for various fitness and activity levels
  • Tai chi: This special, scheduled series of classes (8 weeks, either once or twice weekly) integrates mind, body, and spirit as participants practice a series of slow-moving martial arts exercises
  • Pilates Reformer: Reformer classes offer participants the chance to exercise the body as a whole, correcting imbalances through a series of controlled, low impact movements
  • Restore the CoreTM: This pilates-based class will help participants lose inches by focusing on firming the muscles of the abdomen, as well as toning hip, thigh, and chest areas
